My name is Julia and I am a Customer Success professional passionate about onboarding, SaaS platforms, and building strong client relationships. With an MBA from Endicott College and a BA in Global Studies from St. Lawrence University, I bring a strategic mindset and a global perspective to customer engagement.

At iLease Management and HqO, I’ve managed Mid-Market and SMB customers across the full post-sales journey, driving retention, adoption, and product advocacy. I excel at leveraging tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zendesk to monitor customer health, identify growth opportunities, and deliver long-term value. My expertise includes stakeholder alignment, onboarding, and process optimization, ensuring customers achieve their business goals.

Outside of work, I’m a volunteer golf coach, combining mentorship with my love for athletics. I also enjoy film photography and exploring the outdoors. Based in Rhode Island, I’m eager to take the next step in my career, focusing on impactful opportunities in customer success and onboarding.
